Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I am so sorry to ask such a stupid question but I can't get PM to work. I have 3 messages sitting in my outbox which won't actually 'send'. Basically I type the PM which is a reply to one from another user, finish it and click submit. I think I have sent it but it doesn't seem to leave my outbox to my sent items box. How do I actually get it to go? Sorry to be so stupid i have used this before without problem

, as far as I know the messages won't disappear from your outbox until the sendee opens snowheads and logs in - then they will be sent. Until that point you can delete them, but the sendee still gets some sort of notification that they had been sent a message.

It sits in your Outbox until it is read by the person you sent it to.

Thankyou so much that explains it then - I did search the FAQ and I have been scanning the pages for about 20 mins looking for some hidden button to click to make them go! What a pratt
