Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Val d'Isere 22-29 March - recommend an apartment please

I'm starting to make plans to visit my sister who is working in for Ski Beat in Val. 22-29 March with 5 friends. Currently we are looking at renting an apartment through Val d'Isere Agence for about 1800 euros for the week. (accommodation only)

Not a bad price but just want to check are there any places in Val that could offer a better deal? Either as a package including travel through a tour op, or accommodation only booked independently.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

eng_ch, well yeah duh, that's why we're going then. I've done some comprehensive searching already so just thought I'd do a final check on here before booking. You never know there's always the chance that a fellow snowHead might come up with an offer of "my apartment in Val is available for that week yours for 500 euros and I'll chuck in some naked female masseurs for free..." wink

Bump. I'm still planning to visit Val 22-29 March but now I have only 3 friends. Sad

There are lots of apartments available through Val d'Isere Agence - can any be recommended? Location will probably be La Daille so that I am close to my sister's chalet and free left over grub from her kitchen...but am also v keen to sample Val's evening entertainment...therefore am I daft to stay in La Daille?

But I'm most interested in finding a nicely kitted-out spacious apartment - location is a secondary concern. So any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.
