I've posted a few photos of last week's cablecar derailment in Tignes. Apologies for the quality of the photos as they are captured from a video taken some distance away.
If you fancy a laugh I've also posted a few photos of me in a GS class including a 'personal derailment' due to my inability to cope with a large hole in the racing line. Photos can be seen here:

By coincidence that's what my instructor said. He was particularly pleased that throughout the fall I had maintained good arm/pole position!

Yes, most definitely! The final frame shows me about to slam into the gate at a fairly high speed. One pole caught me across my back (leaving a long bruise even though I was wearing 6 layers of clothing), and the other pole caught me across the back of my head. Glad I decided to invest in a helmet for this season!
