Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

perhaps there should be an age limit for greyheads on the slopes, a bit like having to resit your driving test or something, at the end of the day skiing is classed as an extreme sport(by insurers) and as such you should accept that there is a risk that you may get injured, whether it be by falling over or colliding with another skier. After all, the older you get the brittler the bones become and the longer it takes to recover. Unfortunatly this is a pefect example of today's litigation society and the reason why ALL our premiums are going up.

Collisions occur on the slopes everywhere but that's something that would only happen in America. It's stupid how there is so much of this in the US.

The_Hirsty, Yep I agree alot of the young ones are very good skiers, there are also alot of seriously poor older skiers who all think they are great but could not ski safely if they tried! We should all be aware parents should make sure there kids are skiing in a proper manner. But I just wish alot of older skiers who have maybe been skiing for years and think they are perfect would ski to there abilitys and not there egos Evil or Very Mad
