Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Has anyone delt with them before?

I placed an order 1 month ago - It hasn't arrived - I've phoned them 3 times now but the bloke always seems to be in his car and will phone me back (he hasn't yet).... rolling eyes

II, I bought a few things from them about 3 years ago. I can't remember exactly what, I suspect it was thermals, etc. There weren't any problems with the order, everything arrived here OK.

I had a similar problem with an order off the web (nothing to do with skiing) with non-returned calls, no goods etc.... Just in case you need the info.... Any purchase from the internet (I imagine this is the UK only though) are covered by the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000 . If 30 days have elapsed between order and receipt of goods then the seller is in breach of that Act. If your goods don;t turn up you need to write a letter to the seller ,and send it recorded delivery, in which you need to highlight this point and demand that the full amount of your purchase is refended or the goods are delivered within 7 days of the date of receipt of the letter or you will be taking further action under the aformentioned act. Amazingly I had a full refend within 2 days! Hopefully if won't come to that but just in case.!

..oh! and tell them you will be reporting them to Trading Standards just for good measure and do that as well!
