Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Anyone used "Piste to Powder" in St Anton?

Hi there...I really hope this is in the correct section but has anyone used the company 'Piste to Powder' who are based out of St Anton? I would really like to be able to improve what little powder boarding technique I have and I read about this company. They sound good but are they better than the usual ski school?

Secondly can anyone, who probably knows St Anton a whole lot more than me, tell me is it better to book boarding lessons in advance or best to wait?

Thanks snowHead

Piste to Powder? Leave them alone, they really don't know every last little nook and cranny of the area and can hardly even ski themselves. Anyway, there is no powder in St.Anton, ever. Try Bolivia Wink

Actually, I've never heard anything but praise for them.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

We're heading out there next Friday 3 days offpiste with them so we'll find out then! We've heard quite a number of good reports, prices sound ok so got our fingers crossed they can keep us away from any crowds.

Used for a few days a couple of seasons back. Very good, should be no problem.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

A few friends and I did a day with them 2 years ago. Great day out. Loads of powder but it was a day after a dump!

I used the ski school of Arlberg and they were fantastic. Although piste to powder have a good reputation, the service we received from the ski school was exemplary. We were guided by Harry Wolf .... what a name!
