The only ones I know are the dates parlor gives. But of course the French holidays last another two weeks after that.

Knee Deep, there are four weeks to avoid if you are going to France, and other weeks in other places.

You could head to the USA, apart from an extra day or two for Presidents weekend there's no holidays... mind you they hardly get any holiday at all anyway poor sods!

They certainly don't. Supposed to be the most advanced country in the world, and they haven't worked out how to have more than a couple of weeks paid holiday a year. Makes you wonder.
