Hi mfamily2, la Rosiere is not a very lively town at night. However, I would strongly recommend l'Ancolie restaurant (at the "right-hand" end of the town) - but it needs to be booked. They will send a minibus out to pick you up if you ask nicely. We only managed to get into it on the last night - a Saturday for us - because everybody else had left.

mfamily2, .... you will not need any Apres Ski at this illustrious resort ..... merely being there, sitting silent and 'motionless', should be more than adequate reward for you ......

Nick L, I was told that La Ros was indeed an excellent resort for nightlife. I had already mentioned that apart from one particular French resort nightlife does not really rock. Someone informed me that La Ros was the resort I was thinking of!!!!
