Ray Zorro, what the hell are resorts Y & Z doing on the Swiss page, when you haven't got Verbier, Zermatt, Crans/Montana, Grindelwald, Saas Fee, Flims/Laax .... or Moerlialp to name but 7 |
"What the hell..." Hmmm, I seem to recall a thread that containing that phrase recently went ballistic
I shall interpret your remark as...
"Can I request that you add Verbier, Zermatt, Crans/Montana, Grindelwald, Saas Fee, Flims/Laax .... or Moerlialp and not bother about Y & Z"
I have got Y & Z probably because you provided links on other threads at some point
I have now added Verbier, Zermatt or Crans Montana. I couldn't find a clear one of Saas or Flims. I didn't do Grindelwald as I have Wengen and Murren already and the only one of Moerlialp was obliterated by a huge black X
I have removed Flumserberg as it never seemed to load properly

brian, Thanks for the links.
I have added Saas Fee, but I couldn't link to the Flims ones. Looks rather good there though, I must try that one...

Doesn't appear to be much (any?) Italian content. Some Canazei cams here and a 360 cam here
It's snowing there today, so they're all a bit fog-bound I'm afraid - not that I'm too upset that it's snowing

A great new webcam on the La Rosiere site. At the top of the Col de la Traversette. It gives a 300 degree panorama with zoom shots of Mont Pourri, Mont Blanc, and the Col area with the Piccollo San Bernado lift.

Updated list of Scottish Cams:
360 Panorama Cams:
Nevis Range: Views from Top Station covering front of mountain and upper MTB tracks. [Failed 8th Nov, awaiting replacement parts].
Glenshee: Situated on the snow making pumphouse by Claybokie Poma. Offers views of the Cairnwell, Carn Aosda and Sunnyside areas principally. Distant view to Meall Odhar and Glas Maol Summit.
The Lecht: Situated on the Ski School Office (adjacent to the Base Lodge) providing all round views, esp good views of the Buzzard, Grouse and Snowy Owl runs.
CairnGorm Mountain:
Daylodge: View from the Daylodge at 2100ft, looking up Coire Cas. View changes from time to time. (CML)
Ptarmigan: View out from the Ptarmigan Restaurant across the upper part of the snowsports area. (CML)
SSC Hut: Three views from the Scottish Ski Club Hut at 2500ft adjacent to the middle station. Cam 1: White Lady. Cam 2: Hut balcony and Lower Slopes (best for gauging new snow falls). Cam 3: View over mid-station to Fiacaill a' Choire Chais beyond. (WH)
Loch Morlich: View of CairnGorm Mountain from Loch Morlich. Good for assessing snow level, cloud base and low level snow cover. Provides a wide angled view taking in the Windy Ridge (including M2 piste), Coire Cas, Coire an t-Sneachda and Coire an Lochain. (WH)
Aviemore: View of the Southern end of Aviemore from Mountain Spirit (for all your telemark and backcountry needs). Good for assessing low level snow and road conditions. On 24hours a day, so good for night time snow watching when the weather plays ball! (WH)
There are currently no Glencoe webcams live. A couple of cameras will be going into the SSC Hut there soon. The Cam at the top of the Access Chair should also be back on soon.
