Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I dont think it will be a huge dump - probably just litte to moderate snowfall.

HOWEVER, temps are looking as though they are staying low which is great news. Snow cannons on full blast i imagine and any snow that does fall has a good chance of surviving too Very Happy

boredsurfin, 3 and a half flakes, if you're lucky wink

Swiss/Austrian border is the place to be, preferably with northern exposure. Doesn't look like anything that heavy but it should mount up to a reasonable amount there over a few days.

Looking a bit grim isn't it? It was 9th November last year there was the first large snowfall in the area. Looks like later than that this year. Mad

gwaelod, grim as in we'll need to put on an extra woolly jumper? Or grim as if anything that happens a few days earlier or later than last year is going to have any predictable impact on the ski season? Which it is not.

I cant remember anything more than a light dusting on the peaks in early nov last year! Which soon disappeared.
