Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

GB Airways franchise terminated
Summary taken from BA website:

Affects flights numbers between BA6760 and BA6999

British Airways will end its franchise agreement with GB Airways from March 2008 following an announcement by easyJet plc that it has made an offer to purchase GB Airways.

Flights to all GB Airways destinations will continue to operate normally with the full British Airways service up to and including 29 March 2008. Customers booked to travel up to and including this date will not be affected. Customers holding a booking on a GB Airways flight after 30 March 2008 will be re-booked onto easyJet flights. Alternatively, they can obtain a refund.

GB Airways also has announced it will no longer operate flights from London Heathrow after 30 March 2008. Customers booked to travel from this date will be re-booked onto flights to the same destination from London Gatwick with immediate effect. Destinations served from Heathrow are: Casablanca, Marrakech, Tangier, Faro and Malaga.

Customers booked to travel from 30 March 2008 on GB Airways flights to and from London Gatwick and to and from Manchester will either be re-booked onto easyJet flights or they can obtain a refund.

easyJet will contact affected customers on completion of the deal, which is expected to be within eight weeks.

British Airways, GB Airways and easyJet are committed to ensuring a smooth transition for customers.

Once easyJet's purchase of GB Airways is complete, flights after 30 March 2008 will be operated under the easyJet brand. Customers holding a booking on one of these flights should visit easyJet's website for more information about the service they will receive.

Flights operated by GB Airways under the British Airways franchise agreement up to and including 29 March 2008 continue to be available for sale.

achilles, My initial concern was that they would reduce the generous luggage allowance that BA give of 23 kgs plus ski equipment free, (which was one of the deciding factores for us, as some budget airlines soon became expensive when adding luggage and ski equipment) but they seem to be sticking to BA's terms and conditions (or so they say!)
