Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Ski Sunday starts in November I think
Channel 4's coverage will be Sunday mornings, and late night (early morning) through the week

Occasional gems on the obscure satellite channels - that 'fly-on-the-wall' programme about chalet hosts gets an airing now & again on Sky

So if any one spots anything good (or even half decent, as living 1m above sea level doesn't give me much in the way of mountains on a day to day basis and I need my fix), care to share?

edit:

Ski Sunday starts in January. January? that's next year. Bah. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/other_sports/winter_sports/6159078.stm

 Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

I just hope that Ski Sunday doesn't devote half its winter sports schedule to Graham Bell and Ed Leigh cocking about, like last year.
It wasn't clever. It wasn't funny. It was a waste of my license money and I feel the BBC now owe it to me to make a decent series of Ski Sunday.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Just as Top Gear is not a serious car review programme, I don't think Ski Sunday is really aimed at the likes of us snowHead snowHead who may want a "serious" ski programme. For better or worse, "cocking about" is usually a ratings winner.

Flow, Agreed, Eurosport is the best place to watch it. You've just reminded me to upgrade my Sky package for the winter. Thanks.

Cant disagree with that, always watch it on Eurosport -C4 programs are good too with Nick Fellows, seems to know a thing or two. Ski Sunday is great for lighthearted entertainment, quite enjoyed the 'cocking'about tbh. They show you abit around the resort a few spills in the race and the race winner- oh and the Brit. entry if we have one. so having watched the race in full first, live, bit of light stuff in the afternoon with some vino Very Happy

Lets face it they ( the producers0 know that most of the audience have internet access so can checkout resorts, equipment reviews and most other stuff - its where their researchers get most of their stuff from too !! So to attract viewers they need a diff tack and light hearted stuff as you say often does it.
