Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Easyjet Flight Change Costs

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
I recently changed the dates of a flight with easy jet, but as part of the on-line process the destination changed automatically (from what was originally on the screen) without me noticing it, so my flight time change also resulted in my flight destination changing from Geneva to Belfast. Lucky Easyjet do not fly to somewhere further like Arizona otherwise I would be well out of pocket Very Happy

I had to change it again which cost me another £30, after a long call to customer services (paying for the call by the minute !!) I am told there is no chance of a refund. Oddly if the error was by a travel agent on my behalf a refund would be available.

I feel that when making a transaction in error there should be some form of remedy, anyone know the legal position?

Beware when pressing that final 'confirm' button. Sad

Not sure on the legal position (and unlike SCW I only advise on things I know about wink ) but I've been in a similar position and got nowhere. Have you got legal expenses cover on your house insurance? They will often give you an idea about this sort of thing.

BGA, not worth the hassle for a few quid, but annoying all the same and it would have been cheaper to book a completely new flight Sad

I can sympathise with you but I think that line is the key one.
I've not booked a wrong flight yet but many a time when I've been flight surfing I've changed a date and the destination airport has reset as well or I've picked a different departure point and the date has reset.
