Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Anyone care to share when the austrian school holidays are? I'm looking to travel to ST Anton in the last week of feb and am keen to avoid the school hols, uk and Austrian.

Anyone know the impact of Bayern (Bavaria) having a holiday in the last week of Feb 2009 will be on skiing south-east (I think!) of Salzburg - thinking about Ski Amade area? The rest of Germany apart from Sachsen which has the first half of the week only (and half the week before) aren't on holiday that week from the table shown. looks like the Austrian dates for 2009 aren't out yet.
