Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Welsh skiing sponsored by cheese maker

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
The makers of Cadog cheese, the legendary Welsh Cheddar, have teamed up with Snowsport Cymru Wales to be the title sponsor of both the Welsh Artificial Slope Championships and the European Artificial Slope Championships for 2007. The partnership will last until 2009, with Cadog also sponsoring the Welsh Artificial Slope Championships and the British Artificial Slope Championships during 2008 and 2009....The 2007 international skiing events will be held at Pontypool Ski Centre in South Wales in September, and are expected to attract over 150 competitors from across Great Britain and Europe. Both weekends of ski racing incorporate two days of slalom skiing and promise some of the most exciting skiing competitions held on artificial ski slopes this year.

Through partnership, Cadog will be promoting their cheese with free taster sessions at ski slopes across Wales. At the same time people will be given a taste of snowsports and shown the opportunities to take part on artificial slopes in Wales.

 Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person
Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person
First time I ever skied was in Pontypool. Instructor went in to take a phone call and said what ever you do don't go up the top. Needless to say me and my mate did. I lost control 1/2 way down and experienced a bad fall on a dry slope with a t-shirt on. Took several weeks for the scabs and cuts to heal Smile. I am sure some enjoy it but never been on a dry slope since, prefer the real thing. Toofy Grin

Good news though on the sponsorship
