Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Well, after much discussion with Mr DS, and following my successful qualification as an aerobics instructor, I've decided to go for some more fitness instructor courses. So...

I'm doing a Nordic Walking instructor course in Nottingham in just over a week's time and then...

...a personal trainer diploma starting in August. I don't want to work in a gym, but I would like to work with people who have health problems or low fitness for a variety of reasons and motivate them to get fit and enjoy it. I've signed up for lots of options including training in different environments (i.e. outdoors) and also sports specific training, sports nutrition, nutrition and weight management and GP referral, elderly and ante/postnatal.

I enjoyed the aerobics course so much, and I'm loving teaching, so this seems to be a natural progression. Just hope to get most of the courses out of the way before skiing starts this season.

I may need a volunteer for various case studies so I might be asking SH's for volunteers. Of course you get some free personal training advice for that!
