Now the last time I got a pair of running shoes I went to a running shop, who looked at the wear on my work shoes and told me what kind of shoes to go for.
So I need a new pair now, my work shoes wear more on the outside of the heels (not by alot) so how do I work out what kind of shoe is best for me?
I'm off to another specialist shop shortly, but wanted to check if there was a way to check this myself?
Cheers,
Greg

kitenski,
I would go to a shop that has a treadmill, and will analyse your gait.

kitenski, worse than that; when I got my last pair in Victoria, London, they made me run up and down the street in my suit as well as looking at my black shiny shoes!!

Mosha Marc, there's a Disney store in Bicester that's worth visiting.
Can't remember the name of it, I think it's something about selling liquid soap to use on your toes.

err, 4 different options CEM, can't remember their names now, the gait video says I run neutral
2 from your list, but I plumped for Brooks Glycerin, seemed the most comfortable of the 4, including a few laps around the block in each pair!
regards,
Greg
