Just wondered if anyone knows of a UK supplier of Booster straps, and also how easy they are to fit? I don't have major problems with my boots since I got foam liners fitted but there is some movement in the shin area so I thought the Booster strap might help

BGA, Ellis Brigham at MK has them in the sale. They have the two band intermediate and three band expert versions.
I have been thinking of getting a pair too, mainly because the Velcro on my original straps keeps coming undone.

I fitted my own, so it must be pretty easy to do.
Mind you, there was a handy bolt already in the right place on my Xwave's (holding the rear spoiler on) and a red hot 6" nail did the hard work on the straps webbing.
I thought that drilling off the rivets holding the old strap on was probably going to be the worst bit, but of course the rivet heats up, warms the surrounding plastic and just pops out.

Thanks for the advice, just ordered one from EB for £20. Is it just me or is Bartletts website really poor?

BGA, It has been like that for years. I think they would be better just hosting a PDF of their paper pricelist.

SMALLZOOKEEPER, I have always found they have everything I have ever needed, especially race equipment and much more besides. (I must disclose an interest though as I live very close to them and a member of my family works there.)

SMALLZOOKEEPER, are you fitting many of these in the children's size?

You know it makes sense.

Bartletts were the only store that had in stock, the boots for my son that CEM recommended. I only bought them there, CEM did all of the fitting, but they seemed to know what they were doing and were very helpful.
