Bode Miller has announced that he will not compete as part of the U.S. ski team next Winter although he is still expected to compete independently. With a total of 25 world Cup victories under his belt, he is just 2 short of Phil Mahre's U.S. record, which he has in his sights...
Clashes of philosophy between Miller and the team have been a regular feature of their 11 year relationship.
"Everybody parties," Miller said. "There's too much emphasis on winning." Just about sums it up.
