Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

By the May 1st 2007 deadline, the FIS received complete application dossiers from a record number of 12 candidates for the FIS World Championships 2012/2013. This represents the highest total number of applications since the introduction of the non-refundable registration fee and the guarantee for training days at the International Ski Congress in Christchurch (New Zealand) in 1996.
...The candidates are:
• Harrachov (CZE) and Vikersund (NOR) for the 2012 FIS Ski Flying World Championships
• Cortina d’Ampezzo (ITA), Schladming (AUT), St. Moritz (SUI) and Vail/Beaver Creek (USA) for the 2013 FIS Alpine World Ski Championships
• Falun (SWE), Lahti (FIN), Oberstdorf (GER), Val di Fiemme (ITA) and Zakopane (POL) for the 2013 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships
• Voss (NOR) for the 2013 FIS Freestyle World Ski Championships

No application was received for the 2013 FIS Snowboard World Championships by the deadline, so it has been extended until May 28th. The FIS Council will elect the organisers of the 2012/2013 FIS World Championships during the Congress Week in Cape Town (South Africa) in May 2008.
