I'm thinking of re-joining the SCGB so I can ski with a rep next week as I will be on my own.
So does anyone have any promotional codes to get a discount on the joining fee, and does anyone know what the current vouchers they are giving out are?
Last time I joined I got a 2 for 1 offer on large bags from Snow and Rock, and a similiar deal would be very appealing at the moment!!

I was talking to the scgb rep last week in Zell and she told me that if you join in the resort , you get 2 years for the price of 1. So join the first day you get there and you will be a member for the next 2 years.

Colin B, not really so. EB discount still available on line - See the club site/Members only/Discounts/on-line shops. There's a whole bunch more than EB there, too.

achilles, Very true I saved £26 on my new boots from Lockwoods yesterday and £6 on Bensbus to LDA at Easter and a bit on my car parking at East Midlands then too.

kitenski, I got 10% discount on a chalet for 6 in Meribel at Half term. Saved about 6 times the cost of family membership so I guess that's a big win!
Haven't managed to use the rep service yet as everytime we've been we've missed the 'beginner/intermediate' day and not quite felt up to doing the higher levels
