mongoose, have you tried www.powdercab.com Guests of ours have used these and found them pretty good - we always hire a car so I can't vouch for them personally. Depends on the group size as to how cost effective it is. Sure some of the people from Morzine can help you out on this one...

Keep an eye out for Steve Kirby on here, we've used a company two years running and they've been excellent. I can't remember who they are as Steve's sorted it out both times. If I see him I'll tell him to get on Snowheads and let you know.
