Poster: A snowHead
|
After hearing so many good things about the new scott missiioon skis, i have decided to take the plunge and get some. The questions is, do buy them here or can I get them cheaper in Whistler. I am going out there for 10 days from 21st Feb and with the exchange rate should I wait till I get out there and buy them in resort.
Cheers
Mr Ted

mr ted, if you are certain of availability in the resort, buy them there. Its important you get the right size, so test them first.

mr ted, there are no shops in Whistler that stock Scott skis. Buy them before you go.

Scott skis are really difficult to get in the States. Despite being a US company they only started selling skis here in the last couple of years. I got my P3's in Europe and they're great.

Another (SZK I think) mentioned that Scott supply the design and materials and Fischer manufacture the skis...
