Poster: A snowHead
|
Due to work commitments, next week is likely to be my only available option for skiing this season. I haven't booked yet, but I'm going to commit tomorrow (Thursday) for departure this coming weekend. I will probably go with my usual TO again (I know, I know...) so my destination options are likely to be:
La Plagne, Les Arcs, La Rosiere, Val d'Isere, Tignes or several places in 3 Vallees.
I've skied in all apart from Tignes before, and don't fancy Les Arcs much as I was there last time.
So, for an intermediate skier who isn't terribly interested in off-piste, does anyone have any insights as to where the best skiing is likely to be next week? I've been reading snow report threads for so long I'm suffering from data blindness
If anyone is able to see into the future, that would be ideal, otherwise I'll just settle for some informed opinions

Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

cathy, no, just my TO's chalet. It's looking like its going to be La Plagne, which I'm quite pleased about. Haven't been there apart from 1 day trip across from Les Arcs last year. Fingers are crossed 'cos they won't release the rooms for single occupancy until 1pm tomorrow
