A very easy ski down 200/300 metres. I think ESF congregates at the foot of the altiport run. there are two or three places where ESF congregates (some a long way away) but one certainly does at the foot of the altiport run so dont worry

Stayed in the Altiport area last year, as dan says, a short ski down. The complete beginners in our party were able to manage it fine after their second days skiing. 1st day they walked down....but that may have been due to the fact they had to get there skis from the shop at the bottom first.
On a side note, hope they've fixed the sewage/plumbing problems from last year. They had to close a couple of chalets there (ours included).
