Excellent - we went up there last year and got some powder skiing in! Hysterical and easily better than going for a brisk wintry walk.

The poma hasn't run yet but the Yad Moss site is reporting Snow is forecast tonight and it may run tomorrow (wednesday).
I can't make it there in the week but I'm waxing my ski's in readyness for Saturday

slikedges, About 4 hours on a good run. The only issue would be if you got as far as the A686 and found it was blocked with snow. PM me if you are seriously considering a trip.

Smokin Joe, probably, but leaving 0600 and skiing 1030 to 1430 then arriving back 1900 doesn't sound too bad for me to be able to say I've skied England! snowHeads meet anyone?

This was the report yesterday.
24th January - Skiing today has been good, fairly thin cover, but surprisingly good surface conditions with nice dry snow.
It is intended to run the tow on Thursday from 10.30 a.m.
However if travelling a long way take note of the forecasts. It is proposed to get milder on Friday and at the weekend.
