You can if you want! Despite the prime examples shown in all of the above, the reality is a bit different. Seems that those who dare to bare are either very genetically gifted or the opposite. "The opposite" outnumbers the gifted by at least 10:1. Chances of you having your spy camera pointing in the right direction to capture one of the better views is quite small so best use your time more efficiently and just oggle. I was, however, considering wearing my new helmet cam

FYI
It is not recommended to take a sauna everyday. This can have a serious impact on your health.
Someone else mentioned here clothing.
This is strictly forbiden due to hygene reasons.
A decently run hygenic sauna will also forbid the use of your own towels . Only towels provided by the Hotel or Centre can be used.
Anyone visiting the Oetztal region in Austria (Solden,Obergurgl) should check out this place http://www.aquadome.at/ . Fantastic facility.
