Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Selva, Val Gardena for February -price of a child ski pass

This interesting.....

I am looking at going to Selva with my 8 year old son at half-term. A friend of mine has put me on to her friends Garni in Selva, so I was looking at putting together flights myself and comparing this to a package deal.

I did a comparison with First Choice which was about £500 more expensive and noticed that the "extras" ski pass cost for 6/7 days for my son was approx £100. Funny that, as I've read lots of places that children born after 25.11.1998 ski for free when an adult ski pass in purchased Puzzled (see http://www.val-gardena.com/eng/page9.html)

Also, I've noticed Crystal ski holiday website, but it wasn't advertised very well that you can re-claim up to 30% of the child cost if you travel as a "one parent".


Anyone know of other places which do good ski pass deals for kids?
