 Poster: A snowHead

not sure if this is in the right place.. but here goes.
i have a termic boot dryer to dry my ski boots.. but should i remove the inners and dry both shell and inner seperatly or just pop the dryer in a let it do its thing?

If you have stock liners, you can leave the liners in the boots and dry them all together. This is nevr a problem and in fact, makes your boots toasty warm to put on your feet.
If you have thermofit liners/intuition liners, you may want to take the liners out to let them air dry.

This of course depends on how hot your dryer gets

I always take my boots to my room and remove my liners and dry them seperately. There's often quite a bit of moisture between the liner and shell and by the end of the week, things can start to get a bit nasty if you don't deal with it.
I also give the shells a wipe out with a towel (one of the hotel's of course  )

beasty1711, I always leave my liners in the boot and they're thermofit ones. My dryer is like a hairdryer with 2 long nozzles and only gets mildly warm. It has a cut out if it starts getting too warm. I've had it for years and I love it!

sounds like the same as mine....
i'll try and get the liners and check how damp they are..

Wear The Fox Hat, indeed I did. Everything sparkling fresh, and nikwaxed, even a pair of pants that found their way into the wrong wash. Just my spare gloves and hat that I forgot about.
