Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hotels in Les Deux Alpes

Just been emailing a few hotels for my stay from 14th to 19th Dec and to my horror the replies follow a similar theme in that the hotels I have contacted are not actually open over this preiod or a mixture of full/not open !!

Any one got any recommendations for hotels that are actually open over the dates 14th to 19th Dec???

Any help would be great

rayscoops, Phone Cathy at the Lutins on +33 476 79 21 52. She doesn't have technology! Sherpa is open don't have number to hand, sorry - yuo can find it in www.pages-jaunes.fr if it's not in the Tourist Office site. They would be TO hotels. Think you would have to book Lizzard's via Crystal, but not 100% sure. Alternatively try PM me or send me an email and I'll try to help Very Happy

just rang Cathy at Lutins (seemed easiest and quickest way of soorting it out !) and faxed to confirm reservation. Hopefully everything is ok now.

Also sorted out hotel in St Anton for Easter from information from another section of this forum (advising contacting the tourist office). Great site here and the Snowheads Calendar will soon be hanging on my wall in work just to piisss off my boss who has had to opt out of this trip.
