Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Abetone, Tuscany, Italy - Historical Snow Data?

Hi

My partner (who is a complete beginner) is trying to pursuade me to go to a small place called Abetone in Tuscany, Italy. I'd never heard of it and I think she is just looking at it from a romantic Tuscany perspective. She wants to go the 2nd week in Jan, and Ive been trying to find some where on the net that has historical snow condition data for Abetone and its proving very difficult.

Does anyone have any links, or know what the conditions have been like over the past five years in January.
