martski, i dont boupt that ther'll be snow in la ros but it wont be that much to keep an eye on it go to http://www.larosiere.net/?page=14 there's not much now but there'll be a bit mid to late december. the 16th should be good. Les arcs is also openning on the 16th and i thin that tignes and val allredy have some lifts open.

I would just like to request that nobody goes to Ste Foy, ever....it's really bad, and with La Ros being just up the road, seems a waste of time to even try.....

Guvnor, Too rightI can't see the point of going La Rosiere or Ste Foy when you can continue up the valley and escape the crowds and hiked up prices.

and whatever you do, never EVER ski from Villa Roger station into La Plagne, or more to the point, never ski back down to La Ferme for a Mutzig or two at the end of the day. And never tell Michel I sent you, OK ?

Ste Foy isn'tall that bad. like i said last time, get a guide and go offspiste. And the crowds are worse in tignes and val
