Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Very Happy I'm looking to join up with a group for a trip in mid-Jan 06. I don't really mind which resort as long as it's ok to get to from Geneva.

I hope you find others to join up with or alternatively how about mid-March and a trip to Wengen on the Mid-Season Bash?

NeilInSpain, There will be several snowHead in Les Deux Alpes 13 - 20 January. Not the easiest place to get to from Geneva though.

NeilInSpain, just booked Les Gets for week commencing 21/01 (sun-sun). Dunno how full the chalet is (www.tressud.com).

Shock I'm really bowled over by the response Very Happy - Thanks to everyone. However, I've now managed to sort myself out with a trip to Chamonix from 21st Jan - 28th Jan. I'm staying in a chalet run by a company called ColdFusion. They specialise in ski hols for the solo traveller - or as my wife says, people with no mates Laughing !

cathy, I'm interested in the end of season bash - Puzzled do I need to find some other snowheads to hook up with for accomodation, or is there something organised?

Join in the EOSB thread and click the relevant button. We'll be staying in appartments so there's no worry about linking up to form little groups, it's all sorted for us.
