Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Shades, welcome to snowheads.

Xscape don't do demo skis themselves. Demo skis are available from Ellis Brigham which is adjacent to the entrance to the slope. EB's demo stock is representative of the skis they sell so you could look on their website re their offering. This also means that you can only demo during EB's opening hours so you've no chance in the evenings.

We demoed skis from there a month or so back. No problems, really helpful staff. When we went the range was quite small as most of the demo skis were still at Castleford following the previous weekend's test day but there were still a few good ones to test. EB don't stock Atomic skis though so was unable to test the new M11-B5 Sad

I used their demo skis back in June, when they were selling them off. Ended up with a very nice pair of K2s at a good price. Looking forward to using them for real soon.

Staff were very helpful and let me try several pairs of skis over the 3 hr session I had booked.

Thanks to eveyone for the advice.
I was hoping to demo some Rossi B2's one evening, but I guess that's out as EB shut at 7pm.
I'll try the EB demo evenings & also have a look at the Ski Show on Saturday & see if there are any bargains available.
Cheers again.
