Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Snowheads is about sharing, if he is just a lurker then I do hope Mark becomes an active contributor.

Afterall, why should that lucky bügger David Goldsmith get all the journalistic abuse to himself?

Thought this was a bit of a cheek coming from a man being paid to surf the internet all day who clearly has a somewhat comprehensive knowledge of all things internet-snowy though wink

It does make this place sound a bit unwelcoming - "Don't forget to read the FAQ first".

I can't remember any new posters asking a question that's already been covered a dozen times before and being told "Use the search function you lazy tool". The only times it gets close to this are in response to the "How much snow will fall on Monday 17 Feb in Tigne and will it be light, fluffy powder or a bit wet and heavy" questions.

I'd like to point out that I didn't write the article (although the use of the word "comprehensive" might have been a clue! Laughing)

I wonder if he put that in because he was worried that snowHeads might get a big influx of people from the mention and he felt it might help if they were directed to the FAQs first?

Do you think he suggests looking at the FAQs because he is a user peed off at seeing the same subjects come round again and again? Haven't found them that useful myself -search works better...

I wonder if the site showed a related increase in traffic?
