Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Mk vs Hemel

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi all, does anyone know what the viewing areas, if any, are like at MK?

my daughter is looking to buy a couple of ski lessons for her beginner skier boyfriend (xmas/birthday presents) before our trip in march.

my girls have only ever been to the Hemel fridge, so that is all she is used to, and i have only been to MK once but that was 25 years ago.

we are used to Hemel, where you can basically see all of the slopes from the restaurant, and the open balcony near the beginner slope, but not sure what there are at MK.

would normally just suggest Hemel, but the lesson prices seem to be around 20% less at MK, she would like to save money, but she would like to be able to see how he is getting on during the lesson, though the MK website is unclear on any viewing area

they live equal distance from both, so either one is just easy to get to than the other.

cheers

@terrygasson, Not great in my opinion, particularly for beginner slope which is off to right and not in line of sight from cafe area.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

@Boris, cheers, i had suggested that she pays for his initial one at Hemel, so she can film him from the balcony, and any subsequent ones at Mk as they would be cheaper.

This is also true in general, although the separate beginners area is quite good.
