I have been trying to purchase our Season Passes from the Serre Chevalier website. I am unable to complete the purchases, but there are no declined payments. I've been in contact with the sales team who advised me to use the French version of the website as I am based in the UK, but even though I have eventually used a French based VPN, I am still unable to complete the transactions. They have tested from their end and all is apparently fine. I am also missing the option of paying in 3 instalments which I assume would appear on the payment page when I go to checkout.
I have used different browsers, cleared the cache and done everything I can think of.
Any suggestion welcomed.

This season, I used PSVs pay in 3 system for our season passes. It was a nightmare; they took payments outside of the schedule, as well as double payments, which they then lost track of. In the end, I had to get the Mastercard transaction ID numbers from my bank and provide those to sort it out. I would have been much better off just buying one season pass each month.

Been a week or 2 since I started the &Joy process so no........

I did message the lift pass office re the missing &Joy button a week or so ago and they said it would appear "sometime" in November, maybe they're doing a system update?

@KenX, I was wondering if the lift pass option works for you though, as you are in France, and I am not?

I've tried it again with my mobile phone via the app, and I can get to the payment page and put in the card details, but the link to the bank isn't happening still. I still can't see the pay in three options though that is less important. I could try my French SIM, but th last time I accidentally used it in the UK, it cost be 50€ or so.

@Hells Bells, as a matter of interest is it cheaper to buy the season pass now rather than later (i.e is there an early purchase discount), or can you just wait until you're in resort to buy the pass?

I had a problem with my Free mobile account where their website was checking the first few digits of a card number and rejecting anything that didn't match a fixed list. That kind of thing sounds more likely than the website caring about how you are connecting to it.

@Alastair Pink, there's no discount, just the option to pay in 3 instalments if you order before 14th December and order online. I am not there until the 11th January, and I really don't want the hassle of queueing at the window on Monday morning for something that should (and used to be) easy and painless.
@rjs, It has happened on mobile, Firefox on laptop, Chrome on laptop and web and also on Edge. I've used incognito windows, and cleared cookies. I have used a Chromebook that has never accessed the site, and created a new account. I've tried French and UK versions of websites, a French bank card, and a UK credit card. I have also tried Google Pay.

Sounds like you've tried everything, they're making it as difficult as possible for you to get your season pass, their customer service would seem to be a bit lacking!

Could it be an issue with pop up windows. If either your browser &/or VPN software are blocking them that could be preventing the payment screen appearing. Best of luck.

Just bit the bullet and bought my season pass, didn't like the number on my existing pass until I only used the 5 blocks of 4 numbers only, not using the 01 at the front and 0 at the end........

@KenX, thanks for the tip on the pass numbers. Still no joy on the pass purchases, but I'm about to try again and use my mobile again. My mother always said that patience was a virtue, but it can go and do one.
