Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Yes I’ve used them three times before and have some booked this year, they’ve been really good even with delayed flights. You’ll usually have a bit of a wait, but goes with the territory on a shared coach transfer. You can usually find a discount code on google too Smile

@damanpunk, Excellent, thanks I will go ahead with them. Thanks for the heads up.

@eblunt, my only concerns, if any at all, is that they appear to be aggregators in some form. So your actual transfer isn't being operated by them, themselves. I generally find it better if my contracts are directly with the provider.

That said, for Chamonix-Geneva scheduled buses, we've booked through omio.fr a couple of times as they offer what looks to be decent and cheap cancellation insurance, which our usual provider, Swisstours, don't.

It also, after a brief check for GVA-Chamonix, in January, they're only listing one or two operators, and certainly none of the local extensive network of "private" airport-to-your-door operators.

Might be worth letting the collective know where you're flying to and travelling onto as there may be better ideas?

You may be correct as there’s never any branding on the buses, however it’s a pretty big operation that I’ve found to be reliable with good customer service. It’s worth checking out their trustpilot, it’s another world from the likes of alpybus.

They are certainly a big operation, my son is working with them this winter.. They have at least 1 rep per resort.

Interesting. That’s taking it seriously. I’ve thought for some time that this sort of thing would be interesting.

I suppose one other concern would be would be whether the intent is disruption leading to enshittification?
