Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Light snow this morning in Kitzbuhel, but it is due to stop later today. Don't think there'll be enough to alter tye conditions though.

Not felt the need to post on here much. But today, was 100% the best skiing conditions of the year after all the snow weve had over the last few days.

Because of the work going on refurbishing the parking etc at the Flek, the gondola is closing down on the 6th.

To get up the mountain, Ill have to trek into Kitz, and use the Hahhnenkamm gondola. Though until the 12th its primarily only the Steinbergkogel area open, though today that was awesome . Plenty of off piste skiing below both Steinbergkogel and Jufen chairs.

This is all after two weeks of circa 20 degrees temps. Its a weird world we are now living in, for more reasons than just weather!!
