Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Howdy

I'm looking at options for a 6 week stay in France, Austria or maybe CH before continuing the drive to Greece. Any snowheads that have accommodation for a miserable old couple and a very happy Pom in resort? Requirements as follows;

We're snowboarders so pref a resort suitable for us
Not too expensive
Great off piste
Good seasonaire community
Parking
Not a shoebox as we'll be bringing stuff with us
Pom is well trained but would need to be pet friendly and allow him unsupervised at home for a few hours
I guess a good supermarket to get supplies daily as we generally cook everyday

Cant think of anything else so please hit me up with ideas/ options.

Six weeks from Jan 27th cover the entire European school winter holidays season about 4 weeks from the end of the first week of Feb , wouldn’t expect anything worth its salt being not too expensive .

@robs1, Agreed. Not all owners are capitalist money grabbers looking for the highest possible income, some would be happy to have one booking to reduce the hassle of changeovers/ questions too!

Many won't even have those dates on their ABB calendars yet, so just an informal question about the property might be enough to interest an owner.

Everytime I used airbnb my booking got cancelled a week before and was given some other place not as good. Its happened 3 times up to 2020 so haven't used them since.

Thanks for your replies.
