Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

I'm a 40+ year old woman and I've been slowly learning to ski over the last 4 years.

Does anyone have any recommended instructors in Zell am See please, particularly for women to slowly develop technique on gentle slopes.

I had a wonderful experience with an instructor called Lynne Stainforth in Flaine who gave me such confidence and good technique so I'm looking for someone similar.

@Nicfrog15, When? Is it too late to change your venue? Zell Am See isn't in the best shape at the moment. You'll probably be catching the Bus to Kaprun.

Andy at Snowcamp has a good reputation, I haven't used him , there is a GB Ski club facebook page for Zell you could try asking on there.

Yes I can recommend Andy personally, but he also does a pretty good job as a local “fixer” who will find you whatever ski related service you’re after.

I’ve found he’s always happy just to chat and offer advice on all things Zell and Kaprun.
