 Poster: A snowHead

It's been over a decade since I booked a chalet deal in France and was wondering if anyone could advise good places to look. I've been skiing Italy and Austria mostly but looking at the forecast, it may be time to go back to France.
I used to use Ski Amis, an independent with several chalets and they had excellent last minute offers. Sadly now out of business.
I'm thinking about heading out to Tignes / Val D'Izzle or Val Thorizzle late next week and would stay until 5th/6th April. I would like a chalet deal, just for one person.
Could anyone recommend smaller independents that would be open and flexible ?
I would look after my own flights.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

@sean1967, Not many independents left in Tignes but you could try Ski Vertigo who have a few chalets in Tignes and still have a phone number on the Home page of their website! Other than that you have Ski Miquel who have a chalet hotel in Tignes. As an outlier you could try the Langley 2100 hotel, a Scandi run place, Crystal run package holidays to it but a direct approach would probably get you what you want. It’s a nice place with good views.
Tignes is not that busy at the moment, so they should all be a bit flexible. And there is plenty of snow.

@sean1967, I think this season was the first for Ski Miquel in Tignes, I looked at the excellent early December prices. But seems to be booked out for the rest of the season. Can I add Dragon Lodge Tignes to the list? Never been but another I often check out.

@sean1967,
Chalet Chardons in Tignes? Le Ski in VdI? Think Mark Warner still have a chalet-hotel in Tignes.

@sugarmoma666, @toyah807, Yeah, first time this year. It's Chalet Rosset which was built for Ski Olympic and then taken over by Total.
