Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Well, very much depents on budget, but I'd recommend;

High end luxury. Ask to speak with Bronagh in the office ... she's super helpful.

They have an office in Zermatt which means that it's safe/secure and easy to get and return keys; lots of options

This is from the Zermatt website. They have a good long list of all levels of accomodation

PM me for any further recommendations

Maybe £800ish, I've seen Air B and B for around that.

2 of us stayed here for 4 nights in their smallest room - no frills but good value. Could get a bit noisy in the morning with the Gornergrat railway station and track running alongside it, but it got you up first thing to ski!

Apartment in Täsch on AirBnB available for £84 per night for that duration. Short walk from the train station and you can get lift passes that include the cost of the return train ticket.

There's also a room with shared bathroom in Zermatt itself on there for around £100 per night.

Failing that, Hotel Gornergrat Dorf have rooms available every night you require, just no room showing as available for the entire duration. You could book what you can and contact them direct to see whether there's any way you could avoid changing rooms? And if not, just pack your stuff as and when you need to and leave it with them whilst you go out during the day.

I've stayed there before and found the management to be lovely and the accommodation ideal for me travelling and boarding on my own.

EDIT: just tried again and it's currently got single room on 5th floor available for all 6 nights at 127 CHF per night (including breakfast I believe)
