Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Have been visiting the PDS for the last 5 years or so, and have explored most of it. But I’m always worried I have missed some mega run that is tucked away on the fringes. I haven’t skied Chatel that much or down Champery way.
My favourite run is probably Jean Vuarnet of the top of the Grande Combe. I used to really like the agile rouge on Nyon but less so since the remodel.
Any nailed on classics that I might be missing?

Linga in Chatel would come under the "classic" category imo. It's a great area all round with some nice reds, Pre la joux being one.
Always liked Arbis in Les Gets, and Mont Chery is underrated.
Crot run from Avoriaz down to prodains and Combe a floret through the trees down to the Lindarets bubble.
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

GFS 06Z is always a winner

Mont Chery is missed by most people, who can't face the idea of a 5 minute walk in ski boots.
The Morgins side of Chatel is also missed by a lot of people, who can't face the idea of the odd drag lift. No run in particular, just always much quieter than the rest of the area.
And if you're OK with a bit of sidestepping and an off piste run hiring a guide to take you down the Vallee du Manche - though when you're used to looking at the piste map the idea that dropping over the back off the top of the Le Fornet chair in the Fornet bowl will end up with you catching the Nyon bus back into Morzine messes with the brain a little bit
