Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

@halfhand, Hmmm, tough choice. Watch us fail miserably on the snow, or watch us fail miserably in India. Should we swap the teams round and send Joss Buttler on the downhill and have Dave Ryding spearheading the bowling attack?

I had TNT via Virgin already, so it was a seamless change at no additional cost.

The cycling coverage …. it’s effectively the same at first glance, Orla and the same experts in the studio. I missed today’s skiing, will check that out tomorrow.

@KenX, how did you manage that? We were on SMS last week and they were adamant it's £30

Anyone got a sky phone number to speak to an actual person?

I just spoke with the retention team as our contract is up this week and they were adamant it was £30 as well - I pushed really hard. They offered £29 if we signed a new two year contract. I rang 0333 759 4830

Looking at our Virginmedia charges, they upped it from £40 to £59 when I added TNT. Covers 200Mbps broadband and TV.

Does TNT carry live skiing or just highlights?

Live and highlights. So far, it’s exactly the same UK production, commentators and experts as Eurosport.

Thanks. I gave in and signed up- we couldn’t adjust to no ski racing and no TdF.

 You know it makes sense.

For on demand skiing with English commentary, try the GEM app (Canada's CBC) and a VPN to spoof being in Canada. They dont seem to keep the races on the site for that long, maybe a fortnight. Need to create an account at CBC first then use that to log in to GEM. I've been using it to watch St Pierre (cop show led by Death in Paradise's Josephine Jobert)
