Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Late march snow in Andorra

 Poster: A snowHead

Hey, I’ve booked a trip to Pas Andorra for the 23rd of March, but I’m a bit worried about the snow. Is it something I should be concerned about? Should I try to rebook for an earlier date if I can?

A lot always depends on what you mean by worried/concerned. It will be open, at worst some pistes will be closed, it might be slushy, especially in the afternoon. But a lot of that could be applied to anywhere.

It's not somewhere I've been though.

Oh, and you would get more accurate response if you edit the title and put in Andorra.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Thank you! I didn't see that thread
Yeah I sort of expect it to be like that in the afternoon as you say.

I amended the title, thank you for the suggestion:)

Pas is the highest resort in Grandvalira, so if good anywhere it should be there.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

We've been there in late march/April and it's been different every time. Always slushy in the afternoon but get out early and you're fine. The one thing Ive found was that the pistes are rarely icy, even though there's a lot of thaw each afternoon. They really care about the condition of their pistes and spend a long time every night making them perfect. Get the public bus over to arcalis one day as well! Also, voltarol is really cheap there!! Eh oh!

Pas sits at 2000m.

One of the highest resorts in the world.

The lifts close on Apr 20, 2025.

The second half of March will be fine.
