Ive fancied going to serfaus but only because ive now got grandkids in tow 4-10 yrs and the reports from there seem to favour a visit, the others other than usa ive been seen and done but to be honest reckon I will wait a couple of years until they are ready to join us in saalbach ho ho

Nowhere really, but a few I'd like to go back to...mostly Canada as I'm a much better skier now than when I was last there over 15 years ago

I’d love to ski at Baqueira-Beret. Being the Pyrenees in a climate change era, it’d be a check conditions first then a late booking.

I've booked Les Deux Alpes next year which is my first new resort for a while, hoping to do a day or two at Alpe D'Huez as well. Would like to get to the Sella Ronda but fate keeps conspiring against me. Had two trips there cancelled during the pandemic. Would also like to go to Val D'Isere and La Thuile/La Rosiere and Montgenevre having driven through all of them on a summer driving tour last year

Zell Am See - always looks like a wonderful Wintery destination
Chamonix - history, the fact it's Mont Blanc!
Sierra Nevada - sun and snow
Cervinia - looks great, Matterhorn views with our Zermatt prices
Wengen - just for he alpinist history
La Rosiere - love the idea of cross-border skiing
Any Dolomites

@holidayloverxx, same here, and it was brilliant even when I was more crap! Specifically I'd love to go to silver star for some reason, looks very chilled out.
Would like to try more French resorts, Serre Chevalier is top of the list. The Zillertall is one of the few bigger places in Austria we haven't got to so definitely there, and thought we've been on the birthday bash I'd like to get back to the Dolomites. Japan and Lapland are also on the bucket list.
Otherwise, we just moved to Scotland so I guess we'll have to have a go there!

ElzP, Silver Star is chilled out, and an interesting gem. Not the easiest to get to, best combined with a another resort and include a vehicle. Often very quiet and usually decent snow quality.

Revelstoke.
I have the idea that it's a mini-Banff, with closer slopes.
I could be very wrong!

Nope - total opposite. Revelstoke isnt a tourist town, working railroad town primarily.
We're big fans of Revelstoke and have been since the mtn opened - did notice some changes to the place last season though.
For mini Banff you'll want Jasper

That's good to know - and even better than I'd guessed! I like the idea of a working town much more. Thanks!

Zermat but can do that from Cervinia

I’ll be knocking Cortina off my list of desirables in a wee while.
Verbier and val d’isere are probably the big two that I haven’t made it to in Europe.
Salla holds a candle coz my daughter did a season there and Lapland just appeals. Probably more for the extras… skidooing to the Russian border, etc… the ski areas aren’t that enviable on their own.
Not done Japan, so anywhere there really.
Same with America.
Revelstoke in Canada… totally coz my granddaughter is named after it (wee Revy)

Going on a ski holiday when you live in a ski resort is hard to justify, but I'd love to go to Japan. Nowhere specific in mind, just chase the snow.
Also, really must go visit my friends who live in Kelowna, BC nowadays. We used to go away together, before they moved in 2018/19.

Could easily add Red Mountain, BC, right on the USA/Canada border and only about 2 hours drive from Schweitzer, to that trip.
