@Charliegolf, Difficult to be sure, but the bits with snow falling imply that it's not actually ice, certainly not deep snow either, so yeah, probably.
Than again, some of the later clips where people on foot are sliding as well could mean an icy surface though, and if so then no, perhaps not.
