The "Centre Commercial" just beside the road in Albertville would be a good place to shop and feed kids.

@picnmix1974, the best Supermarket is the very famous Super U in Bourg St Maurice but it is not half way , 2hrs in , Half way would be Albertville plenty of Supermarkets there .

@picnmix1974, don't despair. Wine in the resort supermarkets will still be OODLES cheaper than buying it in a bar.

Not really the price as we wont be goong out that much given such a nice chalet and we have too many kids so it was more conveniance of picking it up whilst we have a mini bus

Well Albertville should be ideal. Have a good trip! And beware of leaving white wine outside the window if it's cold.
