Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

@Goz, great to hear. What a way to close down! I was also there for 3 days but had to head out Saturday evening so missed out on the pow day/sunday. It was snowing heavily most of Saturday. Very windy too. Didn't want to pay for using just 1 lift in pas de la casa, so I spent the day in my car hoping that the wind would die down (but it got worst and yeah they eventually closed). Friday was slush-ish but fun nonetheless and so sunny.

I have the benefit of a season pass but I’ve been off work since Wednesday. Thursday I skied GV - it was pretty good. Friday Arcalis - got really warm - great until 14:00ish. I gave Saturday a miss due to the weather. Today was excellent though. What a way to end the season!

When they announced the season closing dates before the season, who’d genuinely thought we’d be skiing today? Let alone with those conditions. Most of the season was scraping by as an ok season. The last 6 weeks have been outstanding though!

I’ve had a chest problem for a few weeks. If it clears up, I might still get some touring in too. The snow is good for it!

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I did a couple of days at Christmas ... went out in Mijanes (while snowing heavily) and it was nice to have finally had a chance to try the resort (I visit most chrismtases but usually too early for snow). Had another amazing day with a friend in Formigueres as well. It surprises me that the season was mostly just OK with a start like that! Hoping to buy a house in the area so I may well find out in the future Very Happy

NPY with the best value season pass too although Grandvalira isn’t far behind (and is for a normal cost pass rather than my €450 resident’s pass).

Very good breakdown.

Man, there's a load of skiing in Iberia.

Unrelated (to a degree), Font Romeu seems to have a very good reputation for high altitude training. I know of cyclists, runners and triathletes (not personally) who got here for training camps.
